Why buy bulk?

There are countless advantages to purchasing a whole lamb. This is the most cost-effective way to buy an abundance of quality, pastured lamb, saving you around 20% off of our retail prices. When buying in bulk, you are able to stock up on a variety of nose-to-tail cuts, keeping cooking interesting and minimizing waste in the meat supply chain. Lastly, by choosing to eat in this way, you are directly supporting our local economy and farm as we head into the next growing season.

What is in a whole lamb?

One whole lamb contains between 30-40 lbs of our Animal-Welfare Approved lamb, portioned into the frozen retail cuts you know and love.

How do I store this meat?

For bulk lamb, you’ll likely be able to store the meat in a regular sized freezer in your home fridge. For multiple bulk purchases, you might want to purchase another freezer. These freezers can often be purchased used, for a fair price, if you’re on the lookout.
