Winter Grains & Staples CSA

Winter Grains & Staples CSA

7 Biweekly Pickups
$90.00

There is an important and timely resurgence of locally grown grains and staples coming from the Hudson Valley and greater Northeast food system.

The emergence of localized, circular grain economies promises a healthier source for high-calorie staple crops that have long been a crucial part of our diets. Through strategic grant funding, we are able to make this one-of-a-kind CSA share accessible to our customers.

Glynwood's Grains and Staples CSA connects you with the producers and products at the forefront of this revitalization. Our CSA features a unique selection of regionally sourced whole grains, freshly milled flours, value-added staples, and research and trial varieties that reflect the variety of crops and ingredients grown pridefully by partner farmers in the Northeast.

Seven biweekly pickups from November to March. Pickups take place at Glynwood’s Farm Store in Cold Spring, NY, on Fridays from 2 - 6 PM with an after-hours pickup option on Saturdays from 10 AM - 2 PM.
