We are an Animal-Welfare-Approved livestock operation and manage Glynwood's historic land regeneratively. Our species include broiler chickens, laying hens, cows, lamb, pigs, and turkeys, and diets are supplemented with high-quality Organic, non-GMO feed sourced locally in NY State.
Our Meat CSA is the most cost-effective way to enjoy a season full of Glynwood's highly nutritious and delicious pasture-raised meats. Shares feature a curated selection of frozen, retail-portioned cuts, about 10 pounds of meat in each pickup. Members receive exclusive discounts, like taking 10% off all additional meat throughout the program. Shares are not customizable and will fit inside a standard refrigerator's freezer compartment.
This season, we are introducing a Fish CSA add-on, only valid to those who enroll in our Meat CSA. This share will feature the very best wild-caught Alaskan seafood from Sitka Seafood Market. The Fish CSA add-on will feature a variety of freshly caught and flash-frozen fish cuts, approximately 2 pounds per share. See below for more information on which cuts we are sourcing.
When and Where? Six monthly pickups from December to May. Pickups take place on the second week of the month at Glynwood’s Farm Store in Cold Spring, NY, on Fridays from 2 - 6 PM with an after-hours pickup option on Saturdays from 10 AM - 2 PM.
Pickup Schedule: December 13, January 10, February 14, March 14, April 11, May 9.
Shares must be paid in full unless installment plans are specifically requested. If you are facing a financial barrier, please contact us and we will work with you to lower the barrier.
Pricing: $625 for 6 monthly pickups.
