Livestock Farming at Glynwood
On 120 acres of pasture at our teaching farm in Cold Spring, NY, we raise and rotationally graze heritage-breed cows, chicken, pigs, lamb, and turkeys. Through intensive management of the pasture, we ensure soil health and high-welfare conditions where our animals can exercise their natural grazing instincts. To demonstrate our commitment to the ethical and healthy care of our livestock we are Animal Welfare Approved.
