Glynwood's Winter Meat CSA runs from December through May. Pickups take place at Glynwood's Farm Store in Cold Spring, NY on Fridays from 2 - 6 PM with an after-hours pickup window on Saturdays from 10 AM - 2 PM. There are a total of 6 monthly pickups between December and May, each taking place on the second week of the month. Shares are curated to celebrate a seasonally rotating selection of frozen, retail portioned cuts from our Animal Welfare Approved, pasture-raised livestock. At each pickup, you will receive approximately 9 - 11 pounds of meat, a mix of beef, chicken, pork, lamb and mutton. Shares are not customizable and are "farmer's choice", meaning that they are designed with intention by our Livestock Team. Each share will fit inside a standard refrigerator's freezer compartment.
